Trent Debt Advice is a Christian organisation run by Trent Vineyard, a large active church community in Nottingham.
We want to:
- Support the community in a practical way, helping people to take control of their finances and get out of debt.
- Help relieve poverty, depression and despair.
- Empower people, so that they are confident and in control of their money.
We work with the national charity Community Money Advice to provide our debt counselling service. For more information, visit the Community Money Advice website. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Trent Debt Advice is now ran by Heather Morris, who previously ran a debt advice centre in Peterborough for five years and has recently been living in Sierra Leone doing voluntary work. She came back to the UK in March 2020 and is delighted to have taken on the role since mid August 2020. She is looking forward sharing the love of Jesus with people by coming along side them, and empowering them to face their money challenges in a positive way.
